Due to the rainy season, July is generally a slow month for the Indian automobile Industry, and July 2024 was no exception. However, most of the top-selling cars saw significant growth in their sales compared to July 2023. Here is the list of the top 10 most-selling cars in India for July 2024. 
1: Hyundai Creta – As per the latest record the Creta sold 17,350 units in July 2024, registering a 23 percent year-on-year growth over the sales. The Hyundai Creta comes with a 1.5 liter.
2: Maruti Suzuki Swift – Maruti Swift sold 16,854 units, a 6 percent decline in its year-on-year sales. The Maruti Swift comes with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder Z12E petrol engine.
3: Maruti Suzuki Wagon R – The Maruti Wagon R collected sales of 16,191 units, growing its sales by 25 percent. Wagon R comes with two petrol units – a 1-litre petrol engine.
4: Tata Punch – Tata Punch has been a great hit in India. Punch sold 16,121 units, gaining a 34% year-on-year growth.
5: Maruti Suzuki Ertiga – The Maruti Ertiga sold 15,701 units and 9 percent growth. The Ertiga is a 1.5-litre petrol engine.
6: Maruti Suzuki Brezza – The Maruti Brezza clocked sales of 14,676 units and an 11 percent drop in its year-on-year sales.
7: Tata Nexon – Tata Nexon raked in sales of 13,902 units, gaining a 13 percent year-on-year growth.
8: Mahindra Scorpio – The Scorpio sold with 12,237 units, gaining a 16 percent year-on-year growth.
9: Maruti Suzuki Eeco – Maruti Eeco made an appearance on the list with sales of 11,916 units, which translated into a slight 1% year-over-year decline.
10: Maruti Suzuki Dzire – Maruti Dzire sold 11,647 units and 13 percent growth.
