Kia India has officially opened per- bookings for the new Carnival MPV ahead of its launch on October 3, 2024. Available in Limousine and Limousine Plus variants, this premium MOV can now be reserved with a minimum booking amount of Rs. 2 lakh. Customers can secure their bookings either at Kia’s authorized dealerships or through the official Kia India website. The fourth- generation Kia Carnival is set to debut in the Indian market, bringing a significant change from its predecessor. This new model will be imported into the country via the CBU route and is expected to be priced at over Rs. 55 lakh. Kia has already released official images of the new Carnival on its website, showcasing its new design and advanced features. It has been confirmed that the new Kia Carnival will come loaded with premium features. Notable features include second-row powered seats with ventilation and leg support and a 12.3- inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The curved display includes not only a 12-3- inch touchscreen infotainment system but also a 12.3- inch digital instrument console. Globally, the Carnival is available in various seating layouts, but for the Indian market, only the seven- seater version will be offered. Kia has confirmed that the Indian- spec Carnival will feature a level 2 ADAS system, equipped with 33 autonomous driving and safety features. It will be paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. It will also feature eight airbags, a 360 – degree camera system, triple zone climate control, a power tailgate, a 12 – speaker Bose audio system, front LED fog lamps,a wireless charger, HUD, rain sensing sensors and more. The available exterior colours are black and white, with an interior theme of Tuscan and Umber two-tone.
